​• This is a “mini” photo shoot to capture photos of YOU (and if applicable, a group shot with your team).

​

• Sessions last 30-60 minutes, depending on the number of people in the shoot and the photographer’s availability.

​

• The goal of your RP photo session is to produce enough options for you to select 3-5 images for your feature.

​

• Your photo session will take place at ONE location — typically at a staged model home, brokerage office, downtown area or your home.  Please confirm the location with your photographer before your shoot.

​

• If you would like a more extensive photo shoot (e.g., additional photos of yourself, multiple locations, wardrobe changes, family photos or individual team photos), please discuss options and pricing with your assigned photographer well in advance so that your photographer can schedule more time to accommodate your requests and/or additional people.

​

• You also have the option of submitting a family photo for us to print with your feature. Please email a high-resolution jpeg to Publishing Assistant April @ aprilshanne.subiera@realproducersmag.com, and if applicable, include the name of the photographer for the photo credit.

• Please be mindful of your photographer’s time and make sure everyone arrives on time. At the discretion of the photographer, shoots that are delayed due to tardiness may be subject to a late arrival fee or rescheduled and subject to a rescheduling fee.

• Ideally, bring two outfits, or wear two layers, so you can take one off to change up the look. Please avoid busy patterns.

​

• For sessions with multiple people, your clothes do NOT need to precisely match. Choose color combinations that complement each other’s looks: neutrals/earth tones, warm colors, cool colors, etc.

​

• Be yourself! If you have a hobby like golfing, bring a club and get an action shot. If you have a favorite car you’d like to include in a photo, make sure to mention this to your photographer.
